RCCGlasgow was a pop-up exhibition running in parallel with the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow from 1-12 November 2021.
In our exhibition space in the centre of Glasgow’s West End just a few hundred metres from the UN campus, members of the public engaged with work going on in the humanities and social sciences on climate change.
With contributors from India, Nigeria, Canada, Australia, the UK, South-East Asia and South America, the gallery space was designed to work as an environmental humanities hub for the duration of the COP. Visitors could also come in and watch the documentary film ‘Living with Climate Change’.
This project was generously supported by the Rachel Carson Centre, Munich, the Royal Society of Edinburgh, and the New Glasgow Society.
